DMCA Policy
Overview
HimCam is an aggregator: we do not host, store, or transmit user-generated video content ourselves. All live streams and media are provided and hosted by third-party platforms. We respect the rights of copyright holders and take infringement notices seriously under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
Filing a Notice
To submit a DMCA takedown notice, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on HimCam where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- Your contact information: full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notification
If you believe content you posted, or that links to your work, was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address. Include:
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to local federal court jurisdiction.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Because HimCam does not host content, repeat-infringer enforcement primarily falls on the upstream third-party platforms that host the streams. Where HimCam controls an indexed listing or affiliate relationship, we will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, remove that listing for performers or accounts that are subject to repeated valid takedown notices.
Third-Party Platforms
Because the underlying media is hosted elsewhere, the fastest route to permanent removal is usually to notify the source platform directly. We are happy to point you to the right destination if it is unclear from the URL.
