Aggregator Status
HimCam is an aggregator and index of third-party adult webcam streams. HimCam does not produce, create, photograph, record, or upload any of the visual content shown on this site. All live streams, recorded media, thumbnails, profile names, and performer information are provided by upstream third-party platforms.
Performer Age Verification
All performers featured on HimCam are represented by their respective platforms as being at least 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of recording. Age verification is performed by the upstream platforms before performers are permitted to broadcast or upload content. HimCam relies on those platforms' age-verification processes and does not duplicate them.
Records Custodians
Records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 with respect to the content displayed on HimCam are kept by the original producers and upstream platforms that host the content (each of which is a separate legal entity from HimCam). HimCam is not the producer (primary or secondary) of any depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on this site within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 28 C.F.R. § 75.
Reporting Concerns
If you have a reasonable belief that any content indexed by HimCam depicts a minor, non-consensual conduct, or otherwise violates the law or platform policies, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or [email protected]. Reports are reviewed promptly and the listing will be removed pending investigation. We also encourage you to report directly to the upstream platform that hosts the content, as removal from the source is generally faster and more permanent.
